Famous Bollywood celebrity Sunny Deol refused to comment on the question of his property auction notice by Bank of Baroda, stating that it was his personal matter.
On Saturday, the Bank of Baroda state-owned bank realized an auction notice of the property owned by Sunny Deol (Actor and BJP Member).
“I do not want to comment. These are personal matters. Main kuch bhi bolunga, log galat hi matlab nikalenge,” Sunny Deol said.
Meanwhile, the Bank of Baroda took his auction notice down of the Actor-MP Sunny Deol’s Juhu property scheduled for September 25, stating that due to Technical Reasons.
The 600-square-meter site had previously been put up for bids by the bank at a reserve price of Rs 51 crore. Sunny Sound, the actor’s company, and other post-production facilities are housed at Sunny Villa. The bank focused on two main explanations for the cancellation.
First, the total amount due needed to be made clear. Second, in accordance with Rule 8(6) of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules 2002, the sale notice was predicated on the property being in symbolic possession. This regulation calls for lenders to provide borrowers a 30-day notice, giving them a chance to pay off their debt.
The actor Sunny Deol’s Juhu real estate auction that was scheduled by the Bank of Baroda has been scrapped. The actor had taken action to clear the debt, according to the bank, and this was acceptable because borrowers have the right to redeem the security by paying the unpaid balance at any point prior to the security’s sale.
