According to the Guardian report, Vin Diesel’s legal attorney said, “Let me be very clear, Vin Diesel categorically denies this claim in its entirety. This is the first he has ever heard about this more than 13-year-old claim made by a purportedly nine-day employee. There is clear evidence which completely refutes these outlandish allegations.”
On the other end, Asta allegedly claims that the actor forced himself onto her, assaulted her sexually and the very next day she was fired from her job.

Asta Jonasson’s lawyer said, “Terrified, Ms. Jonasson closed her eyes, trying to dissociate from the sexual assault and avoid angering him”
Hours after the alleged assault by Diesel, Jonasson received a call from Diesel’s sister, Samantha Vincent, terminating her employment although she had received praise for her work, according to the complaint.
The Lawsuit further states, “The message was clear. Ms. Jonasson was fired for courageously resisting Vin Diesel’s sexual assault, Vin Diesel would be protected, and his sexual assault covered up”
Asta Jonasson Lawers stated her emotional state, “Ms. Jonasson felt helpless, her self-esteem was demolished, and she questioned her own skills and whether a successful career would require her to trade her body for advancement.”

Asta revealed further that she was afraid and feared that any legal action taken by her at that time would only cost her. She has seen multiple patterns in which rich and powerful people are always protected and only harm goes to the victim. Ms Jonasson also wanted to avoid all the conflicts where she could have been ostracized by the film industry.
Asta said she witnessed many times in society, “which had a pattern of protecting powerful men and silencing survivors.”
In the Ms Jonasson lawsuit filed against Vin Diesel whose real name is Mark Sinclair and his sister company One Race who was hired as an usher for the actor to guide him out of the hotel.
According to the lawsuit, the incident happened at the St. Regis Hotel in Atlanta during filming the Fast Five in 2010.
