RPF Notification 2024
The Railway Police Force has posted info about how to apply for Sub Inspector (Exe.) and Constable (Exe.) positions on their website for the 2024 recruitment. They’re looking to fill 4460 openings for Constables & Sub Inspectors. If you’ve passed 10th grade, you’re eligible for the Constable positions, while a bachelor’s degree is required for the SI roles. Make sure to review the official notice before applying.

Educational Qualification Required:
For Constable vacancies, candidates must have passed at least Class 10 from a recognized board. For SI vacancies, a graduation degree from a recognized university is required.

Age Limit
For Constables: Applicants must be between 18 and 25 years old as of January 1, 2024.

These age criteria ensure candidates are both mature enough to handle responsibilities and youthful enough to meet physical demands of the job.
RPF Application Fees
To apply online for the RPF Recruitment 2024 Exam, candidates are required to pay the application fees. Failure to pay the necessary application fee will result in the applicant’s form being considered incomplete and thus not accepted.
Candidates belonging to the General and OBC categories are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 500/-. For candidates belonging to SC/ST/Female/Ex. Servicemen/EBC Category, the application fee is reduced to Rs. 250/-.

How to Apply Online for RPF Recruitment 2024
To apply for a Constable or Sub-Inspector position with the RPF, just follow these steps:
- Go to the official website rrb apply.gov.in.
- Find the recruitment section and pick the job you want (either Constable or Sub-Inspector).
- Sign up by giving your basic info and getting a user ID and password.
- Log in with the details you received.
- Fill in the application form with all your details accurately.

Selection Process
The selection process for becoming a Constable or Sub-Inspector in the Railway Protection Force involves several steps. First, there are two computer-based written exams, known as CBT 1 and CBT 2. These tests check your knowledge and understanding.
After passing these tests, there is a Physical Test to ensure you are physically fit, which is important for police work. Lastly, there is a Document Verification stage where your educational and other documents are checked to confirm your eligibility.
