Anuj Chaudhary, a 34-year-old BJP leader from Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh, was fatally shot outside his home at the Parshwanath Housing Society in Moradabad located on Delhi Road. On Thursday evening Anuj Chaudhary was shot many times by men riding a motorcycle in the area underneath the Majhola Police Station. The Parshwanath Housing Society was filled with the sound of 315 bores and 32 pistol rounds.
On Thursday Night, Anuj Chaudhary was shot numerous times by three motorcycle gunmen. The murders of Anuj Chaudhary were escaped by the time neighbours, and others could barely understand things. The Police reported that Anuj Chaudhary was rushed to Moradabad’s BrightStar Hospital by friends, family and neighbours but died there from his wounds. All police personnel, including SSP Hemraj Meena, arrived at the spot as the word of Anuj Chaudhary shot dead.

Chaudhary was involved in neighbourhood politics. He has ties to several prominent BJP ministers and leaders and was a member of the BJP Kisan Morcha. While the accused is being sought after, Police have submitted the body for a post-mortem. A police officer stated that they filed a case against four people and that five police teams had been organized to find the shooters.
Anuj Chaudhary lived in Enchora Kamboh in Sambhal district’s Asmauli block. In 2022, he took part in the election for the post of Asmauli Block Chief, but unfortunately, he lost.
According to reports, Anuj Chaudhary and Aniket, the son of the candidate who won the block chief elections, engaged in heated exchanges after the elections. Additionally, Chaudhary had stated that he would file a motion of no confidence against the current block leader.
According to the police statement, Anuj Chaudhary’s family registered the case against Aniket and Amit Chaudhary. As per Police’s statement, Anuj’s family blamed Aniket and Amit for the murder of Anuj.
Anuj Chaudhary was frequently spotted with ministers and Bharatiya Janata Party officials. Swatantra Dev Singh, a minister for the Jal Shakti movement in Uttar Pradesh, is also alleged to be close to him. As per reports, the deceased also informed the Sambhal police that his life was in danger. Considering his closeness to the BJP’s top officials, Anuj Chaudhary was provided with gunners.
According to reports, Chaudhary’s protection has recently been reduced after the ruling party declared its support for the current block leader. As per the police officers’ statement, it was thought that all parties had reached an understanding and put the conflict to rest.
