Afghanistan’s star spinner Rashid Khan has made history by becoming the first bowler in T20 cricket to reach 650 career wickets. He achieved this incredible milestone on August 6, 2025, while playing for Oval Invincibles in The Hundred 2025 at Lord’s.
Rashid picked up his 650th wicket during the match against London Spirit, continuing his dominance in the shortest format of the game. This feat cements his place as the most successful T20 bowler in history, surpassing legends like Dwayne Bravo, who held the previous record with 631 wickets.
